xSeek is an AI-first analytics platform that helps businesses track, measure, and grow their visibility across AI search engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini. Our services include AI bot tracking, brand visibility monitoring, citation tracking, and prompt insights.

Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Access continues until the end of your billing period

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be limited to free tier features.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by xSeek and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using xSeek, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service

• We are not responsible for third-party AI platform decisions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xSeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
