Do my account managers each need a seat?
No. Seats are unlimited at the platform base. Invite every strategist, content writer, and account manager you want — the bill stays the same.
Can clients log in directly?
Yes — invite them as viewers on their own org. They see only their brand's data. Most agencies prefer to keep clients on PDF reports instead, which is also supported.
How does the content generation actually work?
xSeek points you at the right queries. xSeek Desktop, paired with Claude Code, generates the article locally using your Claude API credits (~$5/article). The article lands in Content Studio for review before publish. Your data never trains anyone's model.
What happens if I stop tracking a client?
Remove the site from your dashboard. Your bill prorates on the next cycle. The data stays for 90 days in case you reactivate.
