Add xSeek inside Edgely and start tracking AI bot visits with no custom code. Works even when crawlers never execute JavaScript.

Overview

Edgely is a reverse proxy in front of your origin (Framer, Webflow, Vercel, Netlify, and more). When you connect xSeek in Edgely, AI crawler detection happens at the proxy layer and visits are sent to xSeek automatically — no scripts, no middleware, no changes to your origin.

Requirements

  • Edgely account + a proxied domain
  • API key from xSeek (must include ai_visits:push)
  • Website ID from your xSeek dashboard

Setup process

  1. 01

    Add your custom domain in Edgely and point it at your origin URL

  2. 02

    Confirm traffic is flowing through Edgely (SSL enabled, site loads on your domain)

  3. 03

    In Edgely: open Integrations → xSeek

  4. 04

    Paste your xSeek API key (ai_visits:push) and Website ID

  5. 05

    Verify new AI bot visits appear in xSeek after the next crawl

Integration setup

Integration settings requiredrequired
Paste these values into the Edgely → Integrations → xSeek settings:
XSEEK_API_KEY=your_api_keyXSEEK_WEBSITE_ID=your_website_id

Your API key can be found in your account settings. Make sure it has the ai_visits:push privilege.
